John Percarpio


 

John is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America
with 15 years of professional experience in hotels and restaurants,
which include The Little Nell in Aspen,
Palais Lenbach in Munich, Germany and most recently The Boulder Broker Inn.

John has a wonderful wife Sabine and three children,
Estella 6, Frank 4 and Mark 2. He enjoys skiing,
cycling and is an avid fly tier and fly fisherman.
